Several of GE Energy Connections’ manufacturing facilities feature a dedicated customer experience center, where customers can interact with GE’s latest products and share real-time feedback throughout the development process. In interactive product showrooms, customers can explore customized solutions according to a specific application or industry. Not only are the products available to view in person but customers can also see products in a virtual environment using a Solutions Explorer screen. The customer experience centers also includes training centers for customers and employees. Within the training centers, labs and showrooms – customers engage in two-way dialogue with GE’s engineering and product management teams during product development, benefiting both GE and its customers.
