| Things to Know when
Registering for an Open Enrollment Course
|
|
|
To
register for a course:
- Call
your local distributor; or
- Select
the course from the Course Descriptions, and click on
the "Register Now" button; or
- Click
here to print
out the Training Registration
Form, fill it
out manually, and fax it to
434-978-5186.
|
|
Confirmation of Registration
|
|
Once you have registered for a
course, you will be faxed a confirmation letter to confirm
your seat in the course. If you have not received a
confirmation letter within one week after registering for
the course, YOU MUST contact the Training
Registrar at 1-800-GEFANUC (1-800-433-2682). Without the
confirmation letter we cannot guarantee you a seat in the
course.

Course Start and End Times
|
|
Courses typically begin at 8:30
am and end at 4:30 pm. Please refer to your course
confirmation letter for a detailed schedule of your
particular course.

|
|

Hotel and Location
Information
|
|
For directions and suggested hotel
information visit the Locations and Directions section of the GE Fanuc
Training Web site, and click on "Directions".
|

|
|
Cancellation
Policy
|
|
Canceling or rescheduling at least 2
weeks prior to the start of class will allow us to fully
refund tuition or apply credit to another class. With less
than 2 weeks notice, cancellations are subject to a 75%
fee and rescheduling is subject to a 50% fee. Full tuition
will be charged for failing to show up for a class without
notice or for leaving a class prematurely.
Substitutions of one student for another who cannot make
the class are accepted at any time, without charge.

Please note that GE Fanuc reserves
the right to cancel, for any reason, any class up to two
weeks prior to the start date. It is therefore advisable
that customers DO NOT PURCHASE NON-REFUNDABLE TRAVEL TICKETS OR
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS UNTIL AFTER THAT DATE.
If GE Fanuc cancels any class, customers will not be
charged, and all monies collected therein will be
refunded.

General Course Info
- Dress casually and
comfortably for class.
- Frequent breaks are
built into classes to allow students time to contact their
home office.
- Course size ranges
from 6 to 15 students, with 2 students typically
paired on the equipment.
- All course materials
are provided.
- Our
instructors encourage questions and discussion from
all of our students.
