Welcome to the first issue of OEM Electrical Connection, created to keep you informed about new products and services that specifically focus on your needs. This is an exciting year for GE because we will be launching many new products that will enable you to compete more effectively within the market place. The highlight of 2008 will be the launch of the EntelliGuard® G Power Circuit Breaker. This new circuit breaker promises to address the needs of selectivity and arc flash safety without having to compromise one for the other. Look out for more information later this year.

In this issue, we will feature three topics: the new AF-6 Series Drives, the Record Plus MCCB product line and the recent improvements to our technical support capabilities on our revamped web site www.geelectrical.com.

In October 2007, we launched our new AF-6 Series Drives. The AF-600 FP™ Fan and Pump Drive and the AF-650 GP™ General Purpose Drive, which consist of the AF-60 LP™ Micro Drive, boast built-in features and built-in simplicity to save builders on control panel material and installation costs, while at the same time providing a feature-rich product in the marketplace. Our web portal about new drives provides a central resource for technical documentation and provides links to useful tools such as the energy savings calculator and catalog number converter.
