QDP Ordering Process for stock units:

1. If more than 2 units are in stock, proceed with placing an order

2. If 2 units or less are in stock, please contact GE Digital Energy-Power Quality order fulfillment team (gedeupsorders@ge.com or gedeupsorders2@ge.com) to verify unit availability.

3. When you are ready to place a P.O. for a stock unit, the P.O. must indicate the exact stock UPS model number* that matches number on the QDP web site report.

*Note: Stock UPS model numbers and UPS unit description are shown (e.g.- Model: UPS040SG44AN50 Desc.: 400kVA SG Series 5th filter)

4. For same day shipments, an expediting fee must be included in the P.O. The expedited fee list price is $325.

5. Same day shipments must be entered prior to 2:00 PM (Central Standard Time). Expedited orders entered after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. P.O.'s that do not include an expedited fee will ship within 2 business days.

6. The P.O. should be faxed to 866-841-2736, or e-mailed to our GE Digital Energy-Power Quality order fulfillment team.

7. The GE Digital Energ-Power Quality order fulfillment team will respond with an order confirmation, including confirmation of the ship date.

THE ACTUAL LEAD TIME IS PREDICATED UPON BACKLOG AT TIME OF CLEAN ORDER RECEIPT.
