The Program: The 'GE industrial site consultation' is an on-site visit from GE to assess the condition and age of equipment and consultation regarding safety, modernizing and, or expansion for Industrial facilities
Enter to Qualify: Register by providing equipment type and equipment nameplate requisition identification number. GE will contact you by phone within 25-30 business days to qualify for an on site visit. You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been submitted.
Eligibility: For a site consultation, industrial equipment must be currently installed in the facility. The site consultation is only available in location's GE has industrial coverage. Only one (1) Technical Sales Consultation will be provided per facility regardless of the number of registered participants from the same company. Consultation eligible for US and Canada only. Excluding Hawaii, Alaska.
Release: By acceptance of the site consultation, the site releases the officers, directors and employees of GE, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, dealers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all other individuals or entities involved in the creation, administration, or fulfillment of this consultation (all of the former collectively referred to as "GE & Others"), from and against any and all liability and claims or causes of action, including , but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property with respect to all aspects of this consultation, arising out of participation in this consultation, consultation related activity whether performed by GE or third parties, or the acceptance or possession or use/misuse and/or implementation of the site consultation or any component of the consultation. INTERNET: GE & Others are not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person's computer related to registering and/or participating in the consultation. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this registration and/or consultation, as solely determined by GE, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. If in the judgment of GE, the consultation registration or registration website and/or associated programs and database(s) are compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of GE, which corrupts the administration, security, fairness or proper administration of the consultation, GE reserves the right, in its sole discretion to discontinue, suspend or terminate the consultation and proceed in a manner it deems fair and reasonable. Any personally identifiable information collected during an participant's participation in this consultation will be collected by GE and used by GE and its agents solely for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the consultation as described in these Official Promotion Rules, to contact you to provide information relating to other GE and third party products and/or services that may be of interest to you, and/or as otherwise stated in GE's Privacy Policy at http://www.geappliances.com/plcy/privacy/privacy.htm.
