Technical Liaison Team
Supra's key control solutions include two systems for two different markets:
Our Liaison team supports the KIM/TRACcess Manager System Administrator. The Liaison team has two groups of specialists. Our Project Liaison team members are involved with assisting the setup and installation of a new system. The other Liaison team members are first and second tier sustaining support for our installed base of customers. KIM/TRACcess Manager System Administrators call our team for assistance with all technical issues revolving around the KIM/TRACcess Manager system. Additionally, the Liaison team provides instruction to new System Administrators who have joined an organization that utilizes one of our Access Control Systems. Our Liaison team is available by calling (800) 545-9601 and selecting option #1. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 6 AM (Pacific Time) to 5 PM (Pacific Time). |
