Return Procedures
Follow these 6 steps to return your product to us
 

1. Obtain "Return Materials Authorization" (RMA) Number
  1. Call this number to receive an RMA number: 1-800-547-8629
    or (905) 294-6222 outside North America
  2. Fill in the Online Form
  3. Email us at: multilin.tech@ge.com, or
    Fax us at: (905) 201-2098 - attention of Service Dept.
  4. Due to customs regulations a Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required to return products to GE Digital Energy. Products shipped without an RMA will not be received and will be returned at the owner's expense.
2. Shipping Invoice Preparation

    Please verify that the RMA and Commercial Invoice you received from GE Digital Energy have the correct information, including:

  1. Your billing and shipping address
  2. Contact person
  3. Fax and phone number
  4. Model number and serial number
  5. Reason for return
  6. Quantity
  7. PO Number
  8. Reference number (if available)
3. Airway Bill Preparation

    Send three copies of the "Commercial Invoice" with the RMA. All three copies should be placed in a pouch and attached to the outside of the boxes being shipped. (If multiple boxes are being shipped, then attach the pouch to one of the boxes).

4. Address the Shipment to Us

**Please ensure product is packed carefully to avoid damage in transit**

5. Carrier and Broker

    a. GE Digital Energy uses UPS-SCS as the broker for service shipments.

    b. Shipments incoming to Markham should be sent with freight prepaid.

6. Fax Us a Copy
    Fax a copy of the paperwork, including the waybill and courier, to GE Digital Energy Service at (905) 201-2098.
