Transformers, Inc. (ITI) has been a recognized leader in transformer
technology since the business began in 1975. Now, having joined forces with General Electric Company
as part of the GE Consumer & Industrial team our combined ability has
made us stronger. ITI offers a complete line of indoor and outdoor instrument transformer
products enabling us to serve the commercial and industrial marketplace
with their requirements for switchgear, motor control and switchboard
transformers.
ITI uses quality
materials and innovative designs to achieve the best possible performance
while maintaining competitive prices. All units are constructed with
copper windings and grain-oriented silicon core steel. This construction
provides high accuracy and low losses. All of our 5 to 34.5 kV instrument
transformers are partial discharge tested in accordance with Canadian
Standard C9-M1981 to ensure long insulation life.

Current Transformers
Description
ITI manufactures an
extensive range of Indoor
Current Transformers for metering and relaying applications. All of
our current transformers have a 105°C or higher insulation system and
most models are UL recognized.

Voltage Transformers
Description
ITI produces a wide variety of Indoor
Voltage Transformers for metering. All of our voltage transformers
are encapsulated in a polyurethane resin and are UL recognized.

- Thermal Ratings: 40 to 1500 VA
Control Power Transformers
Description
ITI produces a wide range of Control
Power Transformers designed to provide control power in medium voltage
switchgear. Units are available in both single and three phase configurations with some models capable of vertical mounting to conserve space.

ITI produces a wide range of Instrument and Control
Switches. They are a heavy duty rotary switch
that satisfies the most demanding requirements of the Industrial Control and
Power Applications. These switches are 600 VAC rated and are recognized by
Underwriters Laboratory in the US and Canada.
